Flex OS
Order-to-dispatch production tracking for a large flexible-packaging manufacturer — three plants, pan-India — from raw-material procurement through floor logging and inventory to dispatch. Fifty-plus people work in it every day; it carries more than 1,700 of the manufacturer's customers and hundreds of their vendors.
