No marketing gloss.
A software studio. We build the operational system a business runs on, then host it and run it long-term. We also build and operate our own products — Flex OS is the first that's live.
By default we own and host it, and you pay a monthly subscription that covers hosting, monitoring, backups and support. But you can buy it out and take it in-house whenever you want — the source code comes with it. The subscription is there for convenience, not to trap you.
The buy-out clause covers exactly this. You can trigger it any time and receive the running system, the source, and the documentation, so your own team or another vendor can run it. The stack is deliberately standard, not exotic.
A fixed price for the build, scoped in the proposal, then a monthly subscription for hosting and support. Both are bespoke to the system — we keep the scope tight so the numbers stay sensible and the return is obvious. You'll see the figures before anything starts.
Yes. If you're not ready for a full build, we do workflow automation and Zoho / QuickBooks implementation to get more out of your current tools. And a new system can integrate with the ones you're keeping.
