Who we are
CoreHQ ("we", "us") is a software studio that builds and operates a small portfolio of products, including a client portal at clients.corehq.in used to manage proposals, invoices, service status, and support tickets for our clients.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and company name — when you sign up for the client portal, or when we set up an account for you
- Login information — either a password (stored securely, never in plain text) or basic profile info from Google/Microsoft if you sign in that way
- Business records — proposals, invoices, service details, and support ticket messages tied to your account
- Basic technical data — like IP address and timestamp, recorded when you accept a proposal or agreement, as part of the acceptance record
How we use it
We use your information to provide the services you've engaged us for: delivering proposals and agreements, issuing and tracking invoices, showing service status, responding to support tickets, and sending you related email notifications. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the portal — for example, Microsoft 365 to send transactional emails (like ticket replies or invoice notifications), and our hosting provider to run the servers. These providers only process data on our behalf; they don't get to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and business records for as long as our working relationship continues, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, legal, or record-keeping purposes.
Cookies
The client portal uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in (a session cookie). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@corehq.in. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data — encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, hashed passwords, and access limited to what's needed to run the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CoreHQ's products and processes evolve. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
