Terms of Service

This is a first version of our terms — plain and functional, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. We'll expand it as CoreHQ grows. Specific pricing and deliverables for your engagement are governed by your signed proposal or agreement, not this page.

Acceptance of terms

By using the CoreHQ client portal (clients.corehq.in) or engaging CoreHQ for a project, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the portal or our services.

What we provide

CoreHQ is a software studio. Through the client portal, we share proposals and agreements, issue invoices, track service status, and provide support via tickets, for the specific engagement(s) agreed with you separately in writing (a proposal, statement of work, or similar).

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, you're also subject to their respective terms for that sign-in method.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables for any specific engagement are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement — not this page. Invoices issued through the portal are due per the terms stated on the invoice or agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the portal for anything unlawful, to attempt to access data that isn't yours, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Intellectual property

CoreHQ retains ownership of its own software and platform. You retain ownership of your own business data, content, and materials shared with us. Ownership of deliverables produced under a specific engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Service availability

We aim to keep the portal available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoreHQ's liability for any claim relating to the portal or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or close portal access if these terms are violated, or at the end of an engagement. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CoreHQ's products and processes evolve. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
